We are able to make the customized CFA coupling. Raw material: 42Crmo. Forging CFA couplings: Tensile strength ≥1080MPa, yield strength ≥930MPa, hardness ≤217HB. Conventional heat treatment adopts quenching and tempering process (quenching temperature 840~900°C), and after treatment, it has high fatigue limit, impact resistance and low temperature toughness.
